This is a very popular chain and their oven fired pizzas are delicious. What is frustrating is navigating through the ordering process (you fill out a card & bring it to the cashier) and there is a perception of lack of service due to this unique model. If there were not lineups then maybe I would not care as much. Your server only brings you drinks (even so they prefer you fill out the card) and your meal to your table. This chain is successful, I just don’t see my parents figuring this out gracefully haha. So back to the food – my favourite is the Funghi Pizza ($16.25) that includes oyster & white mushrooms, onions & truffle oil. I really enjoy the texture of the oyster mushrooms and usually order a side of chili oil (free).  They also have gelatos and interesting sodas on the menu as well.  They also have weekday specials – which is convenient if you reside in the NW.
