This strip mall is full of interesting eats – including the Hunterhorn Bakery which has a devote local following, serving up fresh breads, vietnamese subs, baking, pastries and cakes. Unfortunately no egg tarts here, but I tried a classic coconut bun and bun stuffed with red bean paste. A golden baked bun that is slightly sweet with an even sweeter filling makes for a quick dessert or snack stop. Very inexpensive (<$2) and welcoming, I may have to make more breakfast/dessert runs here. Note they serve both Asian & North American style baking.
