This is possibly the best indian food I have had (and I’ve eaten ALOT). Too bad it is so far away. My parents stumbled upon this must stop in Medicine Hat and the owner is very friendly. Located in the Baymont hotel, this is a brand new restaurants with exceptional decor, seating and ambiance in general. Now the food – wow, wow, wow. We always have the Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan (light ghee) on the side.  Naan is gigantic and layered. Pricing is very reasonable, discounts on takeout, and portions are perfect to share. The owner is very friendly, says hello everytime and I hope this restaurant expands to Calgary soon.
