Alright, I finally elected to try something OTHER THAN DOSA on the menu. Today it was Chole Bathure. Wow, I was so excited when this arrived at our table, and I’m pretty sure other patrons were jealous. The bathure was freshly fried, big and poofy.  Flaky outside, doughy inside – a fried bread heaven. The chole pairing was great too, my only criticism is that the ratio of chole could be higher considering how large the bathure is. Either way I was very content. Thanks for another great meal.
