I love traditional Chinese wedding receptions…particularly the marathon of food in the form of a 10-course meal! I enjoyed the dishes here (I can’t speak to the shark fin – though I think the dish is more symbolic than actual shark due to the political climate, questionable fishing practices and $$$!…I opted out to be on the safe side of protest.)
My personal favourites were the Stuffed Crab Claw and the Crispy Chicken & Shrimp Chips. Also the fried rice was delicious with the addition of roe for extra crunch. Overall it was a great venue for a wedding with room for dragon dance entertainers in addition to guests.
