Taste of Calgary is a showcase of local restaurant fare and is a great avenue for the commitment-phobic to sample a new dish or two.  The convenience of a downtown location and beaconing beer gardens made it easy to round up a few colleagues after work. I opted for the Africana tent. My friends have recommended this restaurant in the past and it is known for it’s African bbq…The skewers (chicken & beef), cassava & bhaiji (spiced potato) did not disappoint.
