I love that the east indian food scene (particularly south!) has BLOWN up in Regina of all places. I enjoyed sharing a family size dosa with my folks as it was probably enough to feed 4! What is dosa? Essentially a crispy crepe made of lentil flour and stuffed with spiced potato served with chutneys (for dipping) and a rasam (spicy lentil soup) on the side. There are several variations (including meat) as well. We also shared a curried lamb dish that was incredibly spicy – though that was my own fault as they did offer a range of spice from mild to hot. Nice clean restaurant in a convenient location downtown.
