Apparently this restaurant has opened up in several cities all in the same year. I think this is a testament to their food. Again, despite living in Calgary and having access to an entire quadrant of East Indian food choices, Indian Kitchen is my favourite overall. I wanted to share our new find with family, so ordered takeout : Butter chicken,  Chicken Tikka Masala and Kashmiri with Beef. The Kashmiri with beef was mild with sweetness added from what was possibly pineapple? throughout the curry. AMAZING.  Each dish is roughly $15. I requested mild across the board, but the tikka remained a little on the spicy side. Order lots of naan, as the curry ratio in the takeout containers is high (while still including a decent amount of meat). It was a hit.
