Quite the name for a restaurant! But straight to the point – I dragged a co-worker along into the cold weather to enjoy this modern take on classic vietnamese. The appetizer “Char Siu Sesame Donut” was a great deal for $5, a beautifully baked bun stuffed with pulled pork shoulder, cilantro and brightened with pickled cucumber. I wanted to order more! I also loved the new take on salad rolls. The sate surf & turf fresh rolls looked like sushi, and were topped with lightly spiced shrimp. The entree bowl had a good serving of charbroiled meats on a bed of vermicelli… The char siu really stole the show and I’m excited to go back and try a new item next time. An excellent place to go for the health conscious business meeting!
